Air Force Gen. David W. Allvin for appointment to the grade of general, with assignment as chief of staff, U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Allvin is currently serving as vice chief of staff, U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
