Pentagon Spokesman Lt. Col. David Herndon provided the following readout:

Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. Colin Kahl met with Tomáš Pojar, National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, here at the Pentagon, Nov. 30.

The leaders discussed the strong bilateral defense relationship between the two countries, including the Czech Republic’s ongoing defense modernization efforts. Dr. Kahl and Mr. Pojar expressed their solidarity with the Ukrainian people as they defend their sovereign territory against Russian aggression, and pledged to continue coordinating closely on Ukraine security assistance. They also discussed security in the Indo-Pacific region.  
Dr. Kahl commended Mr. Pojar for the Czech Republic’s vital contributions to NATO, including serving as the Framework Nation in the NATO multinational battlegroup in Slovakia following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
